Welcome to my therapy practice. This document will provide you with important information about the therapeutic process and our professional relationship. Please read it carefully and feel free to ask any questions. I believe in the power of therapy to bring about positive change and personal growth. My goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.

Information about the Therapist: I am a Czech-based CBT psychotherapist in training and a candidate member of Czech Association for Psychotherapy (ÄŒAP).

Licensing: In countries where I cannot practice as a therapist, I am only able to offer coaching services. It's important for clients to understand that when they choose to work with me. I make it a priority to ensure that this distinction is clear from the start, so that clients are aware of the nature of the support they will be receiving. For more severe clinical concerns, I recommend seeking care from locally licensed practitioners.

Therapy: Therapy is a collaborative process where we will work together to achieve your goals. Potential benefits include improved emotional health, better coping strategies, and deeper self-understanding. The aim of the sessions is to help you gain insight, develop coping mechanisms, and improve overall well-being.

Limitations of Online Sessions: Given the limitations of online therapy, I do not work with severe clinical mental health issues or suicidality. If such issues arise, the client must inform me immediately and seek appropriate clinical care. By agreeing to these terms, the client understands the scope and limitations of the services provided in an online setting.

The first session involves an introduction and exploration of specific challenges, while subsequent sessions focus on your ongoing therapeutic journey.
